Getting Started and Aquainted with Team Total Training

1. Please register as a member by selecting membership button in the menu on the website: teamtotaltraining.com
2. Come to any scheduled team workout or fee based and coached training session such as swimming.
3. Meet one of our coaches to see what it is we do and ask any other questions you may have.
   

All coaches will be wearing a white shirt with our team logo on it.
