Annual Training Schedule - Team Total Training

Subject to change  depending on season 

This is a general annual schedule. Members can view the detailed current schedule here.

Pool Swimming workouts at the Nassau Aquatic Center in East Meadow (NAC)

Monday and Wednesday night 8:00 – 9:00 PM
Monday and Wednesday morning 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Tuesday and Thursday morning 6:30 - 7:30 AM

NOTE: JUNIORS practice September through June... by application and reservation only.

Monday night Advanced Juniors (ages 9-15) 8:00 - 9:00 PM
Wednesday night Beginner through Advanced Juniors(ages 7–14) 8:00 - 9:00 PM

Pool Swimming at St. Joseph's College in Patchogue (SJC)

Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30 PM (Sept. - May)


Pool Swimming at Sachem High School

Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 PM. (Sept. - May) 

Bricks (combination biking and running training)

Hecksher State Park, Islip
Saturdays 8 AM or 9 AM (April - Oct.). Depending on weather.

Cedar Creek Park, Wantagh
Tuesdays 6 PM  (April  - Oct.).

Open Water Swimming at Tobay (South Shore)

Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 PM at Tobay South Shore. (June - Sept.)

Open Water Swimming at Corey Beach in Blue Point

Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm (June - Sept.) 

Open Water Swimming and Brick workout at Oyster Bay (North Shore)

Limited sessions.


 

All workouts are open to all levels, come join us!
